If you have registered, the ZCCA Associate Membership discount was applied. tt.NET will pay for your ZCCA membership if you are attending under our club name in the pull down box. If you register now, the discount will also apply. I forgot about the membership lapse back in March (the conventions are way far apart on the calendar, much like the Sopranos). So we'll have another membership drive before convention just like last time... I've been getting asked about the tt.NET Dinner this year. Unfortunately for myself and Greg, plans were crashed about three months ago. I have serious government contract deliveries due right at the end of convention and I can't leave my program unattended because of the workload. Greg has a new member of his family and his workload stays high like usual. Getting time away back in May was possible, October is not. We're both really dissappointed we can't make it out there to join in the fun. So, what are we going to do to support tt.NET members in Daytona, enjoying the beach and the track all week while we bust tail at home working? We're really not sure at this point. We're thinking a happy hour (evening) somewhere. If you have any suggestions, we're all ears. Don't think not having the dinner meet detracts from the convention experience. It's really a tiny part of it. We had as much fun hanging out in the parking garage or ganging up at any of the events as any other time. Just getting together and meeting people is what the convention is all about. Wish we could join you!!
